Andrew W. Mills
Vice President of Government Affairs
Andrew W. Mills is vice president of government affairs for the Niskanen Center. In this role, he is responsible for Capitol Hill outreach and coalition building, as well as advising the Center and its staff on legislative advocacy and education.
Prior to joining the Niskanen Center, Andrew spent over a decade obtaining substantial grassroots, policy, and political expertise as a senior staffer in the United States Senate, on several notable political campaigns, and through managing public affairs and advocacy for corporations and non-profit companies. Andrew is a native of Carmel, Indiana, and a graduate of Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Science.
