The Niskanen Center is searching for a qualified intern to support our traditional and social media department. This is a paid internship and based in our Washington, D.C. office. We are looking to accept a candidate within the month of October who can work through the end of 2017.

Media interns will help identify opportunities to promote our work to appropriate journalists, and track the Niskanen Center in the news. Candidates should have a strong understanding of social media best practices, and will assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy. They will also help edit blog posts and website copy. Strong research and writing skills are required, and a degree in English, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, and/or Marketing is a plus.
