Kenneth Sercy is the Energy Abundance Policy Manager within the Niskanen Center’s Climate Team. His research and policy work focuses on unlocking energy abundance through clean energy infrastructure buildout. Previously, as a consultant Kenneth has performed market analyses for renewable energy developer and trade association clients active in organized wholesale power markets, and for cities and environmental groups. He has also contributed to regulatory and policy work in ten states, including expert witness testimony on integrated resource planning, clean energy siting, and distributed energy resources.
Kenneth has a Master’s in Energy and Environment from Duke University’s Nicholas School and a BS from Clemson University.
