Cassandra Zimmer-Wong is an Immigration Policy Analyst at the Niskanen Center. Her research focuses on economic migration, increasing legal migration pathways, and refugee resettlement. Prior to joining Niskanen, Cassandra worked on the migration teams at the Center for Global Development and Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP). Previously, she was an American Voices Project Fellow at Stanford University and has interned for the Organization of American States, Inter-American Dialogue, and U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants.
Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University and is pursuing a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
